About the Role
EveryChild California is seeking a visionary, growth-minded leader to serve as our Vice President of Leadership & Community. In this executive role, you will shape statewide leadership strategy, drive membership expansion across California's early care and education (ECE) sector, and build powerful cross-sector partnerships.

As our Vice President of Leadership & Community, you'll set the strategic direction for statewide leadership initiatives, membership growth, and regional engagement, cultivate partnerships with agencies and organizations across California, and help shape the future of leadership in early childhood education. You'll also directly supervise our Community Engagement Coordinator, who leads the day-to-day community engagement work.
What You'll Do
- Lead statewide leadership development initiatives.
- Set strategy and drive growth for EveryChild California's membership base.
- Build regional networks and set direction for regional engagement activities across California.
- Directly supervise and support our Community Engagement Coordinator, with the opportunity to grow the team over time.
- Build strategic partnerships with public, private, and nonprofit organizations.
- Create innovative leadership learning opportunities.
- Strengthen member engagement and professional networks.
- Represent EveryChild California throughout the state.
