My passion for Early Childhood Education began at California State University, Chico, where a part-time job grew into a lifelong commitment to supporting young children, families, and communities. I have experience with both traditional and alternative assessment tools, including DRDP, ECERS, ASQ, documentation, and milestone checklists, using them to inform individualized learning and development plans that meet each child’s unique needs.
Conducted regular home visits to support parent-child interactions, provided guidance on developmental milestones, and offered parenting strategies and resources to meet individual family needs.
