Trauma-Informed Care Training and Coaching Coordinator
CA Child Care Resource and Referral Network Jan 2019 - Present

Created 6 modules for statewide Training of Trainers and Coaches. Designed virtual trainings, authorizing over 350 trainers throughout the state of CA. Co-wrote a module on Historical and Intergenerational trauma and supported over 100 trainers in delivering this training in 51 counties of CA. Created and edited written and visual training materials used to guide trainers, R&R staff, and child care providers, on an ongoing basis.

Coordinated logistics, recruited trainers and conducted over 75 trainings a year for all types of Early Care and Education providers.
