Under the direction of the Vice President of Student Services/Chief Student Services Officer and in collaboration with the Early Childhood Education Department, the Program Director coordinates, supervises and models a high-quality early childhood education and care program and oversees general operations of the FRC Child Development Center. The Director  ensures compliance with various state and federal regulations, prepares and monitors the CDC’s budget, supervises staff, student employees, and children enrolled in the Center.
